Our Training Prerequisites
Prerequisites for ServiceNow Architect Online Training:
1. Basic Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM)
Familiarity with key ITSM processes, such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management
Understanding of service delivery, workflow automation, and service catalog management
Prior experience working with ServiceNow modules is recommended
Basic knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, including creating forms, business rules, and UI policies
Understanding ITIL principles, particularly as they relate to ServiceNow (e.g., service lifecycle, problem management, change management)
ITIL certification is beneficial but not required
General knowledge of cloud computing concepts and service models (e.g., SaaS, PaaS)
Experience working with cloud environments is an advantage
Familiarity with JavaScript or GlideScript (ServiceNow’s server-side scripting language)
Basic understanding of API integration, including RESTful web services and SOAP for integration modules
Understanding data import/export processes using import sets and data transformation rules in ServiceNow
Familiarity with LDAP integration and external system integrations is advantageous
Understanding of basic roles and responsibilities of a System Administrator in a ServiceNow environment
Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) and basic security practices in cloud platforms
