Prerequisites for ServiceNow Architect Online Training:

1.  Basic Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM)

  • Familiarity with key ITSM processes, such as Incident ManagementChange Management, and Problem Management

  • Understanding of service delivery, workflow automation, and service catalog management

2.  Experience with ServiceNow Basics
  • Prior experience working with ServiceNow modules is recommended

  • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, including creating forms, business rules, and UI policies

3.  Fundamental Knowledge of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library)
  • Understanding ITIL principles, particularly as they relate to ServiceNow (e.g., service lifecycle, problem management, change management)

  • ITIL certification is beneficial but not required

4.  Familiarity with Cloud Platforms
  • General knowledge of cloud computing concepts and service models (e.g., SaaSPaaS)

  • Experience working with cloud environments is an advantage

5.  Basic Programming or Scripting Knowledge
  • Familiarity with JavaScript or GlideScript (ServiceNow’s server-side scripting language)

  • Basic understanding of API integration, including RESTful web services and SOAP for integration modules

6.  Experience with Data Management
  • Understanding data import/export processes using import sets and data transformation rules in ServiceNow

  • Familiarity with LDAP integration and external system integrations is advantageous

7.  Basic System Administration Knowledge
